SME-6100 is a high-end in line PCBA DI water cleaning machine. Only use Diwater to clean water-sular solder paste flux and non-clean solder paste flux on SMT or THT PCBA after welding.It is mainly use on aviation, aerospace, medical, new energy, automotive electronics, digital meters
industries. Machine Features：
1.Big quantity PCBA in line DI water cleaning system.
2.Super cleaning result. Thoroughly clean water-sular solder paste flux and non-clean solder paste flux on SMT or THT PCBA after welding.
3.Multi-areas DI water cleaning process, Pre-clean, clean, final spray clean, air knives shear, hot air dry are completely according to settings.
4.Fresh DI water supply automatically, post-area DI water overflow to the previous-area.
5.Up/down DI water spray pressure can be adjusted, water pressure shown on meters.
6.DI water spray pressure can reach to 80 PSI, it can permeate to PCBA bottom gap and make thoroughly clean.
7.Standard equipped with Resistivity monitoring system, resistivity range 0~18 MΩ.
8.PCB flat net conveyor system, stable and no deviation.
9.PC control system, Chinese/English operation interface, program and parameters setting, load, save and change are very convenient.
10.Total SUS304 structure, Acid and Alkali corrosion resistance.
