Yamaha CL 8x4mm feeder is suitable for 8MM wide tape packaging materials 0603, 1206, 0805, 3014, 3528, 4148, SOT23 and other SMD materials with a small amount of 1210 resistor LED3258 lamp beads.

What should I do if the feed is not smooth?
1. Check the bite of the press cover
When Feida is not loading material, check the occluding state of the press cover (as shown in the figure below). If the occlusal gap is large, please check whether the press cover is deformed or the press cover is stuck with foreign objects.
2. Check the small beak components
Check the small bird beak of the component (as shown in the figure below) to see if it is stuck or not smooth. When the gap between the card and the connecting rod is greater than 0.5mm, it is recommended to replace the feeder head component.
3. Add lubricating oil
Loosen the fixing screw with a 1.5mm Allen key on the side of the stop claw (as shown in the figure), and add a small amount of lubricant.
How to solve the problem that feeder does not roll the material?
1. Check the reel
First, open the small one-way wheel (as shown in Figure 1), and turn the large take-up wheel clockwise (as shown in Figure 2). When the wheel is stuck and cannot rotate, increase the force to rotate appropriately:
(1) It is normal when the reel does not move;
(2) When the reel is rotating, it is damaged and needs to be replaced.
2. Check the one-way wheel
First open the small one-way wheel and turn the small one-way wheel counterclockwise (as shown in the picture):
(1) It is normal when the one-way rotation does not move;
(2) When the one-way wheel rotates, it is damaged and needs to be replaced.
