1. Install and debug of the equipment sold is free.

2. Free training of technical personnel.

3. During the warranty period, in addition to man-made damage and force majeure factors, if the equipment itself has quality problems, we promise that maintenance services and materials are free of charge.

4. We provide long-term technical support. If door-to-door service is needed outside the warranty period, we will only charge the cost (within China).

5. We have enough supplies of wearing parts, if customers require to order spare parts, we can provide in time.

6. Response time: 7X24 all-weather online support.
